This document is a requirement of the non-profit organization of The Clarion Call Outreach Ministries. The purpose of this document is to keep accurate records of all donations, financial or material.

These records are kept confidential. However, the statistical data will be used to apply for additional grant funds for outreach ministry. Please retain a copy for your records in case this information needs to be substantiated by any government officials.
